1. Project Consultation
Establishing direction- entry point.
Every project begins with a considered consultation.
We discuss how you live or work & what matters.
We look at what isn’t working & what the space needs to become.
Any existing plans or early concepts are reviewed.
This stage sets the direction for the entire project & establishes whether the engagement is the right fit.
You’ll leave with clarity & a defined way forward.
2. Concept Design
Defining the project- the work itself.
This is where the project finds its identity.
I develop the overall design direction, including spatial ideas, materials, tone, and key elements. Decisions are made with longevity and buildability in mind.
The focus is on creating a cohesive, enduring concept — grounded & personal, never trend-led.
This work forms the core of the engagement & is not offered as a concepts-only service.
3. Detailed Design
Resolving the work.
Once the direction is set, the project is fully resolved.
Layouts are refined, materials and finishes are locked in, joinery is detailed, & documentation is developed to support build or fit-out.
This stage ensures the project is cohesive, buildable, & ready to be executed properly.
4. Project Delivery
Seeing it through.
I work alongside builders, trades, & suppliers to ensure the design is carried through as intended. Decisions are guided, questions are answered, & details are protected throughout the build.
Projects are taken on selectively to ensure absolute commitment, continuity & outstanding results.
The result is a finished space that feels settled, considered, & quietly bold.

This is where everything begins.
The initial design consultation is the foundation for the entire project. It’s a focused, 1.5 hour session where we explore your space, your ideas, & how you want to live or work within it — & just as importantly, whether we’re the right fit for each other.
This time allows me to understand what matters to you, assess the potential of the space & set a clear, intelligent direction from the outset.
You’ll receive considered advice, creative insight & honest feedback — including what’s worth pursuing and what isn’t.
Whether you’re planning a new build, full interior transformation or need guidance before committing, this session provides clarity, confidence & momentum.
It’s an essential part of the process & it shapes everything that follows.
Note: this service is an initial consultation only which provides advice, direction & assessment.
Fees: these are based on full-scope projects & vary depending on scale, complexity & time involved.
A clear fee proposal is provided following an initial consultation.
Ongoing engagement is subject to mutual agreement.
